(100% Non-GMO, Heirloom)
Shop the highest quality Arugula Roquette seeds and put the "Zing" back into your garden and your wellness routine. When it comes to traditional herbal greens, Arugula is the "Double-Duty Dynamo." This heirloom is famous for its distinctive nutty flavor and its delicate white flowers that provide one of the first nectar sources for bees in the early spring. At The Seed Guy, we believe we aren't just selling seeds; we are planting the foundation of a healthy morning, the spark of a gourmet kitchen, and the self-sufficient pride of growing your own natural medicine.
In the garden, Arugula is a "Cool-Weather Conqueror." This variety is the premier choice for anyone who wants to "get your detox on"—providing high levels of chlorophyll that support a healthy liver and bone health. If left to flower, it becomes a "Pollinator Lifeline," drawing in beneficial insects that help protect your entire vegetable patch. At The Seed Guy, our seeds are tested for elite germination, ensuring you get lush, peppery leaves that deliver a "Healthy Vibe Favorite" to your salad bowl and a "Garden Protector" to your rows.

Arugula (Roquette) Planting Instructions:
1. When to Plant: Arugula loves the cool weather of spring and fall. Sow as soon as the soil can be worked in the spring, or in late summer for a fall "Detox" harvest.
2. Preparation: Prefers rich, moist soil and full sun. In warmer climates, it will benefit from a little afternoon shade to keep it from "bolting" (flowering) too quickly.
3. Sowing: Sow seeds 1/8 inch deep. For a continuous "Healthy Vibe" supply, sow a new patch every two weeks throughout the cool season.
4. Care: Keep the soil consistently moist. If the soil dries out too much, the leaves will become extremely spicy!
5. Pests and Diseases: Flea beetles occasionally like the leaves; using a lightweight row cover can keep your greens pristine. Harvest the outer leaves for "cut and come again" production all season.
