Got my pack of 63, did some overly zealous, premature planting and EVERYTHING has sprouted. Very impressed with the quality! I also like the directions for saving the rest of the seeds for years to come, and even how to harvest seeds from what I plant this year.

Exceptional Support
I want to tell you a story about exceptional customer support. Several months ago, I ordered this package ("63 VARIETY PREPAREDNESS Heirloom Seed Package"), plus lots of other seeds. When I went to start planning my spring planting, I could only find this seed package. But I couldn't find them, so I came back to The Seed Guy to order replacements. In less than a half-hour, I'd gotten a call from Linda and I asked her if she could verify that all my order had actually been shipped. I was very impressed that she _could_! They keep a record of shipping weight, and Linda took the time to put together a copy of that earlier shipment and weigh it. The numbers matched, which verified my suspicion that I've just misplaced them. Linda went well beyond what I'd have expected from customer support. (She also slipped some extras into my replacement order, which NOBODY has a right to expect -- but it helped a lot to take the sting out of my own mistake!) But the most valuable part of this experience was that I learned how much The Seed Guy cares about its customers. I feel like an important customer, and honored as a person. It's easy to think of an online store as a faceless, anonymous corporation. But I learned that The Seed Guy is run by real people, who really care about the service they provide, and are willing to go to great lengths to meet their customers' needs. Thank you, Linda!
