THE SEED GUY ANNUAL SPRING GIVEAWAY 2025

1. Organizer

The organization and management of the drawing is the responsibility of The Seed Guy, whose physical address is at 39 Evanton Drive, Bella Vista, AR 72715.

2. Participants

  • The drawing is open to every one of legal age, 18 years or older.
  • Only those participants residing in the United States and Canada may enter.
  • Participants may only enter once.
  • Only one participant per household.
  • The organizer's relatives may not participate in the drawing.

3. Drawing Mechanics

To the Participant:

  • No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway, but while you’re here you might as well browse a little.
  • “Following” the organizer’s Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter) page is not required, but would be greatly appreciated!
  • "Liking" the organizer’s Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter) giveaway post is also not required, but would be greatly appreciated!
  • ”Sharing” the organizer’s Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly Twitter) giveaway post is not required, but would be greatly appreciated!

4. Participation Period

The participation period for the draw begins on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. CST and ends on March 9, 2025 at midnight CST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the drawing.

5. Prize

The prize of the drawing will consist of:

1 (one) 60 Variety Heirloom Seed Package

1 (one) 8 Variety Heirloom Flower Seed Package

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen randomly by the organizer using the Rafflys (AppSorteos) platform from all participants who have met the draw requirements. The winner will be announced on March 12, 2020 through a post on Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery

The winner may contact The Seed Guy within a period of [7 days] from the date they are contacted and/or the date it is announced on the brand's social profiles. In the event that such contact is not made within the stipulated period, another winner will be assigned.

8. Treatment of Personal Data

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw

The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided they do not harm the participants' rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the drawing in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.

10. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the drawing or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

12. Acceptance of the legal terms

Participation in the drawing implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant's exclusion from the drawing.
